- ◄How long does shipping take?
In the US, shipping should take 3-5 working days, in Canada, 3-7 working days.
You'll receive a tracking number shortly after placing your order, so you can see exactly when it’s scheduled to arrive.
- ◄I’ve already submitted my order, but I need to make a change! What do I do? Is it too late?
- We process our orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests you may have. The best way to adjust or cancel an order is to email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- ◄Can you combine shipping?
- Yes! Absolutely. If there’s an error in the shipping charges, please let us know so we can fix this.
- ◄I live abroad. Can I still order ParaWild accessories?
- We currently don't ship internationally. Please check back later as we are working on it.
- ◄I'm having trouble placing my order on your website. Could you please help?
- While ParaWild does it's best to ensure that our Ec-ommerce experience is consistent, enjoyable, and functional across all modern browsers and devices, occasionally something small may not function properly on older browsers. If you are having trouble logging in, creating an account, or placing an order, we highly recommend you first update your browser to the newest version. "Chrome | Firefox | Safari | Internet Explorer Or, simply trying another browser will usually work too! We prefer Chrome at ParaWild! We apologize for any inconvenience. Returns & Exchanges
- ◄What is your return policy?
- We want you to love your ParaWild items. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price ParaWild items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on items sold at a discounted price.
- ◄What's the returns process?
We offer simple returns. Email us and we'll send you a return label to use for the return shipment. All returns must be unused and in original condition.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
- ◄How do I exchange an item?
- We don’t operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order another item or another colour, just place a new order in our online shop. We can only accept the exchange if the item you are returning is unused and in new condition. We'll send you a return label for the original item (free of charge). For additional questions, Email us and we’ll help you out.
- ▼How do ParaWild ears/horns/mohawk/fin actually attach?
- Our furry helmet accessories attach with industrial velcro for a super secure fit that’s flexible and easy to take on and off.
- ◄Do ParaWild horns/ears/mohawk/fin work with any helmet?
- Yes! You can use almost any helmet.
- ◄How well will ParaWild accessories stay on? In snow/rain/wind?
- Our velcro has been tested up to speeds of 165mph as well as freezing temperatures without a flaw! If they get caught in the rain or snow, just rinse and gently hand-wash if needed.
- ◄Can you move ParaWild ears/mohawk/fin/horns from one helmet to the next? How are they reused?
- Please keep the velcro backing when you first attach the sticky side to your helmet in a safe place. The sticky velcro will peel off cleanly from your helmet after use and you can store it and reuse later, or stick onto another helmet. Should you need another sticky velcro, please email us and let us know!
- ◄I need another velcro, can I get one sent?

- ◄I rode my bike through a mud pit - how do I clean these?
- Our furry attachments are hand-clean only. Just hand clean with a laundry soap, squeeze gently, and air dry.
- ◄Do these fit both adult and children helmets?
- Yes! These fit all kinds of helmets and all sizes. Check our photos for references but there is only one size.
